When our client, a pioneering app offering at-home massage and spa services, approached us, they had a clear vision in mind: to revolutionize the wellness market. Their mission was to make high-quality, convenient, and personalized wellness experiences accessible to a wider audience.
To achieve this, they sought our expertise in driving new therapist and user acquisition through strategic paid channels across the UK and France. Our objective was to design and optimize a seamless end-to-end user journey that would not only encourage app downloads but also foster user engagement and conversion.
By leveraging the power of paid social, paid search, and display advertising, we aimed to expand their reach, attract their target audience, and ultimately establish their app as the go-to platform for at-home wellness services.

Results
By implementing our comprehensive paid advertising strategy, we achieved remarkable results for our client's at-home massage and spa services app. The campaign delivered an impressive Google ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 2.14, indicating that for every dollar spent on advertising, the app generated $2.14 in revenue.
Furthermore, the campaign achieved a conversion rate of 2.03%, surpassing industry benchmarks and demonstrating the effectiveness of our targeted approach in driving user acquisition and engagement. With an Average Order Value (AOV) of £67.80, the campaign successfully attracted high-value customers, contributing to the app's overall profitability and growth.
